Are you Paying or Playing On Your Road To Success?

Are you paying the price to achieve success or playing games and blames other people or circumstances for your lack of success or out and out failures.  That is the question!  This seems to be the ongoing question to say the least.  Most people will give lip service or go through the motions and wonder why they are not getting the results they are expecting.  When things go wrong or do not work, they merely say that they tried but it did not work.  When the fact is that they did not work or do what it would take to succeed. 

The successful person is one who will go the extra mile.  This person will take courses to continue their education, use whatever resources the can find and have persistance when things don't go just right the first time.  Their attitude is positive and encourging and in the long run will achieve the success they desire and expect.

Which one are you?  The Payer or the Player?  If you are not getting the success and results you are striving for then maybe this is a question that needs to be answered.  Are you doing whatever it takes to get the job done?  If not....maybe it is time to start.

Trying Or Doing..There Is A Difference

After recently spending time at seminar that offered various ways and vehicles to produce passive income, it was surprising how many people think that just by trying something out will produce the income and freedom they are searching for.  But trying is exactly why they are not succeeding in their endeavors.  They half heartedly try and when the going gets rough or they don't get instant results they give up...throw in the towel...blame the product or process and never really look at why it did not work for them.  It is because they did not work for them.  They did not commit to doing whatever it takes to get the job done.  They figure the job would get done by itself with little to no effort.

What people do not realize is that the individuals teaching these concepts or income vehicle spent hours and endless amounts of energy to make happen their success.  They did what it took to succeed and did not blame anyone or anything when the results were not what they wanted or expected.  They kept on going, stayed more focused and reaped the profits in the end.  So why do people not succeed in alot of these income vehicles?  Because they are too busy just trying and not acturally doing.  This way they do not have to be accountable for the outcome.  The next time you may decide to attend another course or buy another program or book, ask yourself, am I going to just try this or am I going to really do it?  Persistance will get you everywhere! 

Asking Questions Opens The Doors For Learning

As important as getting education on a continual basis is, asking questions to clarify or add to this education is equally or even more important.  People find themselves confused or unclear about what they are learning, yet they are embarrassed, or not confident enough to ask for addition information.  Becoming a part of a mastermind group or just some kind of business and personal developkment group can help you become more involved in the learning process necessary to build on your desired success.  Having one or more in a different area than you can broaden the spectrum of learning and principles that you can apply to your future education.  Constant fine tuning is a key to wisdom.  So find a way to learn something everyday.  Find someone willing to talk on the phone or meet on a regularly planned basis. Review Is A Valuable Key To Learning

Education and continuing education is the road that you choose when you are seeking wealth and success.  Some people find that they don't retain or remember as much as others.  It is very important to remember that review is the single most valuable key in absorbing the information learn in any course you take or book you read.  When reading books, a good way to review quickly is to highlight as you go to bring to your attention key information you wish to refer back to.  While attending seminars you may want to take key note phrases to remind you of the content of the course.  It is important to review your material within a short period of time to refresh the learning pattern and allow the subconscious mind to take it in for future recollection.  The mistake That is often made is a person will attend a seminar or course and not review the material for sometime afterward.  Easy recollection is more difficult as time passes.  It is advisable to review for several days after your course or seminar to properly process the information and allow you to utilize the material in the future.

Continued Education Is Powerful Pavement On Your Success Road

Years ago when multi level marketing companies began to build and grow, one of the principles they taught was continued education.  Tapes, success books and courses is what they would teach.  Most did not and still do not make it in this type of business because they do not see the value in these resources.  They just refuse to do anymore than they have to and therefore do not get ahead. Then they wonder why. 

Litle do most people know that doctors, attorneys, sales people in specific areas all have to go to courses of some kind to keep their certifications and licenses current.  They also have to stay up to date on the latest developments in their fields.  So why in the world would anyone who is building a successful future believe that they can grow without the proper updated business tips and tools necessary to keep their future current.

I recently reread a book Secrets of the Millionaire Mind written by T Harv Ecker.  I was amazed at how much more I got out of the book the second time even though I refer to the highlighted portions I made during the first reading.  I have spoken to many who attended a preview Millionaire Mind Evening.  In either event  you are made aware and taught different things that can hinder your journey down your success road.  And you are taught various ways to change a journey gone astray.  Get connected with resources will help you stay on course and reach your success destination whatever that may be. 

Renew Your Focus, Motivation And Education

Just recently there was an event called the Seminar of the Century in Aspen, Colorado.  It was called the Woodstock of the Mind.  And Woodstock it was. The seminar was hosted by T Harv Ecker,author of the book "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind". Some of the presenters were Bob Proctor, Brian Tracy, Alan Cohen, Dr. John Gray, Mark Victor Hansen, Jack Canfield, Art Linkletter, Buzz Aldrin, Barbara DeAngelis, Bill Phillips and many more.  Not only did this seminar take place on the side of a mountain at Snowmass Village, there was entertainment by Shawn Gallaway, David Pack former leader of the band Ambrosia, and Alan Parsons of the Alan Parsons Project.  Along with the rain, hale, cold of night and heat of day, what a power packed weekend of learning, focusing, motivation and music this was.  One of the key points made in each of the presentations is to not stop learning either by seminar, books CD's DVD's and any other way that you can access information.  The benefits of continued education courses are  priceless and the value for your future is unmeasurable.  Take advantage of the resources you have available and stay on top of the business principles and success thinking that is important to growin not only your business but YOU as well.  This particular seminar will never repeat itself but that should not stop you from seeking out other educational opportunities that are available.  Remember that your business will only grow to the extent that you do.   You can find the music by the performers mentioned by entering the name in the Amazon search to your right and enjoy the same as we did on the mountain.

I recently attended a training course on training trainers in Los Angeles, California and was blown away by the intensity and content of the education I received.  One of the gentleman who taught this course was Blair Singer.  He is an outstanding teacher and leader.  This course is part of a series of courses made available by T Harv Ecker, the author of the book "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind".  A must for your library!  Blair Singer is the author of the book  "Sales Dogs" and on the advisory board of "Rich Dad Poor Dad"  This course was full of a wealth of resources and powerful tools to equip anyone even remotely considering training or any other type of business for that matter.  The ideas and possibilities for success became endless.  If you have not already read these books, these are definately recommended reading.  Continued education is a must if you intended to be successful and/or remain successful.  The "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" book contains two tickets to the first seminar that can get you acquainted with the series of courses available.  This team of authors can catapult you forward in your business with the unbelievable wealth of knowledge between the two of them.
