Community Supported Enterprise Is A Creative Way Of Financing And Rewarding Consumers

There is no question that the enomony has been struggling and not only have people lost jobs but some have lost their entire business as well.  So it is amazing that when faced with the possible risk of rejection from the bank for funds to create a new business, this man, Gio, went a step further to create a way to not only finance the vision that he has but to offer a win win situation for those that chose to join him in that committment to succeed.

You Must Change Your Mindset To Take Your Success And Wealth To The Next Level

Contrary to what a large number of people believe, marketing is not rocket science. Marketing does require consistancy and systems in place to be effective.  This is where a change of mindset probably needs to take place when setting and reaching goals for a new lifestyle.  Because marketing is not just a minor part of building a business, it is just as important as what it is that you do or promote. There are tons of people looking for what you have to offer.

Now that the economy has taken a nose dive, there are people left without jobs that are looking for a different form of income.  But there is a difference in the mindset of those who are seeking to build business especially online.  Some people are only looking for opportunity and some are ready to become entrepreneurs.

In his blog post Entrepreneurial Versus Opportunistic Thinking  Greg Martin talks about the difference between being an entreperneur and an opportunity seeker. He says that opportunity seekers only jump busines system to business system only to give up when things do not work out the way they want, when they want.  The entreperneur on the other hand, think long term and do not give up at the first turn. They understand that newlifestyles are created with persistance and even hard work.

So it is important to understand just where your thought pattern is leading you.  Are you looking for a get rich plan or are you willing to invest the time and the effort to create a solid foundation in which to build your life.  Having a do whatever it takes attitude will get you where you want to go.  so keep in mind that it took alot of years and work for the overnight success to appear. 

Your Word Must Be Law And Something Others Can Depend Upon

 I recently spent some time with leaders in the personal development industry and relearned a very important virtue.  It is not like I had forgotten, however, people tend to get lax in the course of everyday life and do not realize that the value of their word is less than solid.

Making a comittment is serious business and should not be taken lightly.  The problem seems to be that people make too many commitments and then when they are overwhelmed, they just keep some and ignore others.  Those people who were depending on your word to do what you say you are going to do are let down in the process.

Your commitment level should not change with the tide or the seasons because your committment level is a reflection of who you are. To decommitt just because you changed your mind or it is not convenient for you damages your character.  It is a way also to get attention or sympathy that is not warranted.

I watched an individual play the game of yes I will, no I won't to get through a course that she wanted to graduate from but did not want to do the work or process necessary for the honor of graduation.  Unfortunately she found someone of authority who was pulled in on a personal level with sympathy and given permission to take herself out at every corner and call it progress.  Yes pretended progress just enough to keep the attention and sympathy coming and even threatened to leave on several occassions.  Her committment level and her word were not genuine.  Commitment requires accountability and when someone does not hold you to that then your character is damage in the interim. 

So when making considerations for future commitments, keep in mind that there is a lot more at stake than just a simple "I decided not to." Value your word, all it stands for and make sure it is truely something others can depend on.

Dreambuilding Is Essential When Setting Goals For Your Future

When I first began to realize that working from home was what I perferred to do, I began to look at different businesses that would help to create that ability to do so.  I started out with Amway in 1996 and own that business still today.  But the one thing that I value the most from getting started was the continued education and dreambuilding.  You must continue to learn to continue to grow.  And without a "Why", there would be little to no progress.  For a person to build a business that will be successful and create a lifestyle that they have their sights set on, there must be a reason.  This is where dreambuilding becomes important and almost imperative to the goals that you set along the way. 

If you had all the money you needed to be financially free...what would you do...where would you go...and what toys or trinkets would you purchase along the way.  For some it is big houses or fancy cars and for others it may be travel or clothing.  And for many is it a combination of several.  But to only dream them will not get them into your life, you must take one more step.  You MUST dare to live those dreams from time to time because the experience is what really catipults you forward.  Once you get a taste of what you want, it makes the why even bigger. 

Recently I added a few experiences that increased my hunger for an even freer life with the financial ability to enjoy that life more fully.  I took my first trip to Lake Tahoe not just any day but on the 4th of July.  The condo was magnificent but more so the lake and being ON the lake for the fireworks was breathtaking.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to spend that afternoon at the beautiful Canyon Ranch Spa Club...and what a treat! 

The important thing is to be realistic....Although I have only done these once, it created a hunger to build my business even more successful so I can repeat the experience on a more regular basis.   So choose something that you can start with and put that intention out to the Universe. Things will begin to fall into place and create the opportunity to experience those desires of your heart.  Find pictures of the things you would like to do, places you would like to go and even the bigger items you would like to own.  One by one, place your intention to start with something and build on that lifestyle until it become the norm and not an occassional thought, wish or even a once in a long time adventure.  Without a "Why" it does not matter about the how but the how will come when you have a your"Why".

Think Your Way To Right Into Becoming Rich

Have you ever wondered why those who are rich just keep getting richer.  This is because rich people think rich. Their outlook on the future is very different than those who are just getting by.  They look at things differently as well, especially business opportunities.  What most do not realize is that each of us has the power to change our own lives just by changing the way we think. By believing that financial success is yours, you are allowing the space and an opportunity for that success to come to you. 

Most people who are struggling in the financial world have negative thoughts about money and what it can and can not do.  This in itself is a roadblock for bringing any sizable amount of money to you.  When you change those thoughts to a positive nature, you then open doors and breathe life into opportunites for your financial situation to grow and improve.  A person thinking richly will ask for more information when an opportunity is presented and doesn't once think that it is too good to be true.

Another concern is that there are times you must spend a little money to put into place systems and other components that will make your business prosper.  The rich do not think twice about this kind of expenditure where others will fall on the notion that you have to have money to make money instead of considering the value of the investment.  Someone seeking financial security will also not keep trying and say that they tried once before and it did not work.  The chances are it would have worked when you put in the effort and the positive frame of mind. 

So you see that many times we think ourselves right out of being financially successful and maybe even downright rich because our outllook is not the best it can be.  When you change the way you think you can bring to yourself a whole new world.  I'm not saying that you will not get discouraged along the way, but the way you handle that discouragemnet and think about your future will make it a small bump on the road into the life that you desire.

Contrary to popular belief, it is not just money that make you wealthy.  Wealth comes in many forms and money is only one piece of the puzzle.  Yes, it is true that a lot of money will give you the freedom to do what you want, go where you want to go, and have what is your hearts desire. But the question is....how long will that last if you do not have income producing assets that will keep[ you there when you choose not to work?

Successful individuals are not just rich, they are wealthy.  They know that when you continue spending your money without income streams to support their lifestyle, the lifestyle will eventually diminish.  It is not only important to know how to make money, it is more important to learn how to invest a portion into income producing streams that are passive or in other words working when you are not. Most people just try to earn enough to go from day to day but the wealthy are always looking for an other income vehicle to insure their wealth portfolio has continueal increase. 

Wealthy individuals are also humanitarians in most cases.  They have charitible organiztions and/or individuals they contribute to in order to enhance the quality of life.  They care about the people who work in their organizations and provide opportunities for those people to improve their own lives.   

Women especially do not realize the importance of having their own assets.  So when divorce, death or even the loss of a job, they find themselves with little to no means of support.  It is not going against the male influence in their lives to make sure the future is not a black hole they and their children can fall into at those types of unopportune times.  

Have you looked at your assets lately?  Maybe you do not have any. Now is a great time to look into some kind of investment, whether it is large or just a small one.  You never know when turbulent times such as the ones we are experiencing now, will send you into devastation because you did not put away a few golden eggs for the future.

Your Mindset Is What Determines Success Not Only In Your Business But In Your Life

There was a book written back in 1988 called 'How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything' by author Cheri Huber. Since then several people have used this saying and it has become quite popular. The meaning is quite simply in that if you apply a certain set of proven success principles and habits to one area of your life, you can also do the same in others areas of your life as well.  The same goes with not so successful principles and habits.  So what you do anytime is usually what you do everytime. and if you want to change the everytime you must change the anytime.

By using the same principles and being consistent with what you do, you can understand the importance of having balance in your life which will lead to achieving financial success, health, and even relationships success as well.

You can certainly apply this to building an online business.  That task is really simple, but it is not always easy. If you follow the steps that have worked for so many other people, you too can and will achieve success in whatever field you are in. That is called getting into the right mindset. Once your thinking is lined up with the business of marketing on the internet, you will have a financially successful business. When you think about your inner game, building your online business will become something that improves as well as all every other area of your life. Remember that how you do anything IS how you do everything.

There's More To Wealth Than Money

It's Mothers Day and I realized that when people think of wealth they usully only think of money.  But we have so much more wealth in our lives than just money.  Family is one of the biggest and most important forms of wealth that a person can possess.  Friends are a very close second.  I have three girls and my Mom is still enjoying life as well.  I also have 5 grandkids and one of which is a mother of my first great grandson.  How much more blessed with wealth can I be?

 

With five genrations on the left and my latest grandson above and three more of my grandkids below, I would say I have a life full of wealth far beyond what money can buy.  All of them are successful and growing as individuals.

I have set my intention for the coming years to spend as much time as possible with them and enjoy the beuty and the joy I have with my family.  Don't pass up the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those that mean the most to you.  "If you have a rose to give, give it today.  Tomorrow may be too late."
